On November 1^st, 2011 IDFWO successfully completed the first business opportunities workshop for Druze women at Yirka village
in North of Israel.

15 local women went through an intense course teaching them various financial and business related issues.

The need for this kind of course was much needed in the Druze community, as our widows there were all of a sudden tragically left without not only a husband and a father to their children, but also without a sole provider for their families.

The workshop was a huge success, as the IDFWO plans to continue its wide spread support of the Druze widows.
