You will receive a tax-deductible receipt for your donation if you are from one of the following countries or regions: Israel, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, EU, Australia. We are working hard to provide tax-deductible receipts for as many countries as possible, and will constantly be updating our Donate Now page.

The IDFWO Organization receives funding from the Israeli Minisry of Defense and from membership fees, which cover our overhead costs. This way, we can ensure that 100% of your donation goes directly towards programs for widows and orphans. However, online giving platforms such as PayPal and Israel Gives charge a small transactional fee, which means that if you donate using these methods, we will receive slightly less than 100% of your donation.

Yes, we would be thrilled if you came to volunteer with us! We can always use help with both administrative work as well as with our programs. Please note that if you want to volunteer as a Mentor or as an Otzma Camp Counselor, a minimum commitment of two years is required. To sign up as a volunteer, please click here.
